Top Trails

Since TrailsTV.com is your best choice to share and upload your favorite adventures and the US is so diverse, geographically, it makes sense to list our top trails around this great country.

Keep in mind, everyone has an opinion about Top 10 lists. That’s why you can offer your two cents worth as a comment. We do our best and as anything else, you may think that the McKenzie Trail in Oregon is lame and the Poison Spider in Moab is the bomb. We are offering our lists to help you plan and execute your next adventure.

Hiking

Kayaking
From sea kayaking to lake kayaking, Kayakers get the most out of their adventure from day trips to camping trips around North America.

Rock Climbing
Challenging oneself is the essence of rock climbing. Climbing is what climbers do. Check out some of the best spots in the country.

Camping
The serenity and beauty of the camping spot is part of the adventure. Whether you’re at lake front ground, mountain pass ground or in the middle of nowhere, here’s some you add to you list.

Skiing and Boarding
Nearly every state with semi-annual snowfall and a slightly bumpy terrain boasts at least one ski resort, but for those people for whom skiing is as much a sport as a pastime, only the best will do. In a nod to geographical realities and to be considerate of riders on the East Coast, we included two Eastern resorts, although the skiing is inferior to what one will invariably find in the West.

When entering the backcountry, proper precautions should be taken, including your health and fitness levels, avalanche beacon and the know-how to use it, shovel, compass, friend, weather information, and common sense.
