Ski Heavenly

Heavenly is easily accessible from South Lake Tahoe. After Heavenly built the gondola base and made the other additions on highway 50, South Lake could be one of the most easily approachable resorts on the planet. I haven’t been this year yet, we just got a load of snow and Christmas and kids don’t make it very kind…

    Heavenly is pretty sweet. It has a rep for being more of a tourist family mountain…BUT if you just get off the groomed trails you get some of the best tree skiing terrain anywhere! Not to mention some killer steeps if you know where to find them.
