Mt Tallac Hike

Incredible views persist along the entire route to the summit of this peak, which dominates the South West shore of Lake Tahoe. The summit affords without question the best panorama in the Tahoe Sierra.

Keep in mind, this trail can be crowded and dusty in mid-summer, and can get very hot above timberline. The trail is worth every dusty step. Take lots of water…
