The Tahoe Queen is a great way to view the picturesque Emerald Bay. It is a leisurely “cruise” starting, and ending, at the base of Ski Run. The two and a half hour cruise gives you a chance to view this wonder of nature while having a snack and/or cocktail of your choice…

Great cruise, the video doesn’t tell half the story. Amazing shoreline views and approaching Emerald bay is like entering a private cove. It’s another way to see how spectacular Lake Tahoe really is.

When entering the backcountry, proper precautions should be taken, including your health and fitness levels, avalanche beacon and the know-how to use it, shovel, compass, friend, weather information, and common sense.
